Shrink sleeve label manufacture

Masterpress is the first Polish company to have included in its offer shrink sleeve label converting capabilities. We offer shrink sleeves printed in the UV flexo technology, currently up to eight colors, made of PVC, PET and OPS films.

After flexoprinting the rest of the sleeve converting job is passed on to our seamers equipped with highly efficient glue feed systems, rewinding inspector machines checking the seam quality, providing virtually zero defect production and vertical perforation capabilities. Horizontal perforation is done with the help of the automatic cutter – also a part of our sleeve converting line.

PVC, PET and OPS films that we use in our work come from the factories of the best makers and are meticulously selected according to the needs of our customers. The shrink factor is always chosen with regards to the shape of the container in question. We have the capability to deliver either in rolls or in single units.
